- That is why, in 2021, the Ligabue Center of Excellence was born — a hub where we can ensure high quality and preparation by cultivating the professional skills that form our staff.
- The activities that are carried out are preparatory to direct contact with other staff members and the public, so that the skills acquired through theoretical training may be put into practice. Seminars, teamwork, and simulations of the working environment are the key elements to having trained onboard staff, satisfied passengers, and efficient service. The project continues in 2022 with new programs and new learning modes.
