The training cycle at our Center of Excellence in Livorno to train the shipboard personnel of our Maritime division is restarting.
The activities that are carried out are preparatory to direct contact with other staff members and the public, so that the skills acquired through theoretical training may be put into practice in order to achieve our main goal: “Improve the lives of people travelling in open sea”.
Seminars, teamwork, and simulations of the working environment are the key elements to having trained onboard staff, satisfied passengers, and efficient service.
