Ligabue Maritime is specialized in every aspect of hospitality for Ferries seagoing and river cruise ships. Our shore-side dedicated staff customer-oriented cruise experts includes operation managers, corporate chefs and pastry corporate chefs: long experience gained on board of some of the most prestigious ferries and cruise ships.

Our fully-trained on-board employees – many have been with us for several years – are of various nationalities with wide ship experienced.

FOOD SUPPLY AND LOGISTICS

Wide-ranging experience in procuring and supplying goods wherever our operations are located. We always seek top quality food products and regularly conduct market research to update our supplies or to meet specific customer requirements.

QUALITY AND FOOD SAFETY

We make sure that all the specific operational standards are followed and that the food safety programs (HACCP and USPH) are strictly applied. We comply with all the major internationally required standards, guidelines and operative practices, and our Corporate Quality System Management is ISO 9001:2008 certified.

We continue to innovate process and products. We have travelling Corporate Executive Chefs and Corporate Pastry Chef to support the galley operations, to improve the standards and to train people.
